Passing Out Parade; its our turn now.. 1:56 PM
We have been through 3 passing out parade since sec1, i have never imagine it's already out turn. Time flies...
Still remember during sec1, Larre & Leonard were our PS. Larre's lame jokes and crap never fail to entertain us. haha. And not long after, it's their passing out parade. It was quite memorable, especially the physical training taken by Sir Qi Lun. i Still can remember how their passing out parade goes like. In the hall.. singing.. talking.. crying..
WenYong, Zi Qi and Say Yien took over thier places. Time was tougher for all of us. They were sadists. But through their sadistness, at least now, make us realise how it is important for the glooming of us. Thankyou. Yes, it was tough, but we went through everything together. It was all worthwhile. At the end of the day, we still smiled and joked. Time at then was seem quite a standstill. However, the passing out parade, nevertheless, came like a sudden.
Finally, our last batch of PS. Chengjun, Wai Leong and Wei Sheng. At first when they just took over, we were all very unhappy with them. Perhaps there were still a bonding between us and the previous batch. I don't really think they did well. But they won't fail to make trainings tough.
Then, it's Part Bravo camp. Although there were a lot of screwed ups, i will never forget the camp. I will never ever. Every single detail. Those tears shed together, shed for one another. Helping one another, pushing one another to pass out of the camp together. All 27 balds did.
After the camp, it was back to orientation training. PDS, PT and other department(sorry, i don't know how to spell it). Tough trainings. Great sense of achievement. In a way, it was fun. Those time.
And we moved on to Part C. Entrusted and split into different projects. The Welcome Party, Orienteering, and the Bonding camp. I was in charge of Bonding camp with wymer. The camp was not really fun. I was too squared. I'm sorry. It was our last camp together before taking over. I didn't do a good job. But, i do hope the camp helped to bond us further. Looking at the photos, the smiles, bring back a smile in me.
It's close to taking over. We were all excited; counting down on taking over. But i knew it also meant closer to handing over. I was in charge of Part B`07. I admit i did not do well as a PS. You all were a great part. i really miss taking you all after been taking Part A`08. i shall apologise for it. Thats why i made myself to take Part A properly. I don't want to regret anymore.
Throughout the year of taking over, 9 months to be exact, i think as a part, we achieve a lot. We maintain our Gold Unit with a score of 94.9%. Best in East Zone. And even have a chance in National now. Everyone work hard i can say. We have even more pride in NCC.
The last store inspection was enjoyable overall. We took everything out from the store, and cleaned everything. It was tedious. However, we had fun together. All coming back together; having one common goal. It was like back in the time, when we were still cadets together. Times like this is hard to come by after we took over.
haha. It's now. Our Passing Out Parade. Part Delta `08. The parade, the handing over, the march past, the throwing of beret in the air.
The presentation by everyone was wonderful. Part A, Part B and Part C. Of course, Part D too. When everyone left the AVT, Say yien request to talk to us. An apology actually. Thanks. We know you are trying to make up for what you have not done for us. Thats why you came back as a CLT.
It was a talk. Nelson started the ball rowing. From his eyes, i know its hard to say anything. I looked around. Everyone had the same expression in their eyes. Its good that i didn't talk. If not, it would probably be uncontrollable. Those eyes, those expressions on everyone's face, i will never forget them. They are the best gift to us.
We opened the present which the Part C given us one each. A sock with a note inside. Mine was from Eugene Loh. He took over me as Part A PS by the way. I was touched by his note. But not his handwriting. haha. But it really moved me. I just wanna say, "sorry, and thank you". The best gift to received from a junior by a senior. By then, everyone have already read their notes. Stupid Shengchao, he cried. i guess it was like a spreading disease. I thought i won't cry during our passing out parade. But, i too, can't control it anymore. So do, other people. "emo bunch" as say yien told us. haha.
I didn't regret initiating to do a powerpoint and video for our Passing Out Parade. But i hope it was up to satisfactory. At least, i have made my contribution or makeup for the year of taking over. I'm sorry Part D. The images of those eyes are playing in repeat in my mind. They just get me so highly strung. It's hard to leave ahsNCC...
We sat at the parade square. We were all speechless. But somehow, we all know what one another is thinking.
"Emoing together"? haha.
I will never forget anyone of you. It will be too unforgivable. Everything that we been through together. It will always like a flesh in me.
I guess..
a true man will only show his true feeling and emotion at the right time..

hey, guess u all will be viewing my blog anyway. If so, tell those that are interested to come to see too. thankyou.
okay. i didn't make any speech for part C yesterday, i shall start with you guys.
Part C:It's your turn now. Please lead the company well.
I think you all dislike me though.
haha. I have been too strict and serious i guess. hmm. But i don't really know how to joke. Forgive me for being such a person. And you all are leaders now. An advice to you all is do what is right; for the company. Think ahead. Think further. Don't don't punish them if they are really in the wrong. Correct them. They may hate you at that point of time. But they will realise it in the future that you meant well. Well, remember all those promises you all made to your seniors or those that you taken over from.
They will have high hopes for all of you; especially me, zw and shengchao.
Treasure the time you all have now.
Thank you for all the effort you all put in. Thank you for the gifts that u presented to us. Those are the best gifts to be received by a senior.
Do your best. =]

Part A:Its only been 4 months together. Honestly, the characters of your part is very problematic. This cause a lot of people to dislike you as well as NCC. I'm really disappointed when i heard those problems that you all caused to others.
You all will understand it few years later. 'Few years later, you will be standing right here, taking your man.' This is what my PS when i was Part A told us. Now i tell you this.
I really hope you all will change for the better. Not only can play together. But suffer, endure together. This is what me and yiyang aim to achieve in you all. I'm strict.
Yes, you all may not like me. Or even hate me. I don't mind. Because i think im doing the right thing. I need to be strict.
Remember show respect to other people. Thank you for being quite a fun part to take anyway. =]
