orienteering test!!!! 8:11 PM
sian...today had orienteering testtoday woke up at 5.15!!! gosh...thats sooooo early...okafter that, i set off at abt 5.50 and took mrt to eunos to take wymer's dad's car to changi jetty...then surprisingly, i met nelson when i enter the train..lol..ok once we reach there, soon, we saw sir larry...then he brought us to the market that side de playground...haha..he told us wat he and his part did when he was in part b...they climbed up and down and found a used "condo" lol...okok lets not talk abt this...we waited for everyone but tiong ho's mom dunno how to come here!! i told her the route we r at and finally, when we r abt to leave singapore, he make it in time!!!
we later splitted into grps joined wif GGs and took ferry to ubin..during the trip to ubin i manage to take some pic..and thats the only pics i took out of the whole orientatin cos our handphones are kept by the seniors throughout the whole thingy...haha..

yay!! finally reached ubin...we got briefings and splitted into grps wif GGs as this is a guided tour...my grp is me, yc and two girl guides...we ploted the map n started off badly...we were stuck at the first 3 check points!!!! (there r altogether 6 checkpoints) cos we can't find the clues!!! sian...so we back track back to and front, but we still manage to find them in the end...we wasted a lot a lot of time there la...then there was ine check point that is dam far la..its like more than 1km??? others r onli abt a few hundreds metres..so we walk walk walk...and came to a deserted land...it look like a main road but it also don quite look like...so we asked cheng jun(our guide) and he told us to just go forward...haha..it was far!!!! still half way only!!!! we got the last check point and go back to the base...one of the girl guides is so ap la.. when we wanna run, she don wanna run...but she just start running without tellin us... -.- so we hav to catch up...sian..girls r so troublesome...hahaha... XD
but the result was bad!!! almost failed..with 3 checkpoints wrong!!! gosh..
then it was lunch time...the sun is soooo hot...after lunch, we "rested" under the hot sun!!! cos there is no available shade for us...hot hot hot!!!! when our senior found a shaded place and want us to sit there, its me and yc turn to do the test...this time is the real thing(no girl guides no senior goin wif us)...we ploted quick but forgot to put the checkpoints numbers...but still quite fast la..5 mins..we got our first check pont v quickly as we had already familiarised with the way they put the clues...but the second and third checkpoint is tough!!! we muz walk vvvvvvv long distance b4 we get them...then the sun is so hot + me and yc got stitch..so cannot run...after we got the second checkpoint..still gotta walk forward another super long distance to obtain the third checkpoint...then the forth check point was sum where else...and there is no road linked from the third checkpoint to the forth..so we hav to back track all the way from the third checkpoint back to the first checkpoint...itssss sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dam long la...imagine u walk a super super super long road and hav to back track....ar!!!!!!!!!!!! this is gay man...then our clues are like every 2 checkpoints, we hav to back track...this time hav the bonus checkpoint mahx..so altogether 7...me and yc decided to get it...but after we finished wif the 5th one, we r all wore out...we can't run anymore!!!! too tired...legs felt like breakin up...but we endured and obtain the bonus checkpoint...which is v v v v v v far...the furthest of all of our checkpoints....we took the shortcut aka "dirty road" there but get back via the main road...the short cut is too eerie liao la...we endured and endured...legs are numbed just by walking!!! can u imagine that????and wif the stupid hot sun draining our energy off at a fast pace...but despite all these, we kept pushin our own selves...and kept encouragin each other... finally reached the last checkpoint...which is uphill...i hate uphill man...they r tough!!!! we got it and went back to base...walked and ran...the result was better but was disappointting...we thought we can be the top or wat...we put in so much effort...we ran like no other trainings..its the best that we had put in...yet we got 2 checkpoints wrong...its so disheartening la..sighx...but luckily we got the bonus checkpoint to cover up our mistakes...then its like the bonus is not much use...as its only 25marks(one checkpoint 10marks),hai.....then there r two grps that get everyth correct including the bonus!!!! sian...
after everyth, we went back to singapore!!! hahaha...and had dinner b4 goin home...during the bus back to tanah merah, (there was me, leonard, gui feng, wei hua and kay hao) we all made fun of each other...saying who got how many steads and looking through our handphones de msg...but of cos i don hav any but they made up some stupid reasons until i got 7... -.- then gui feng took leonard's hp to msg shana(if i didn't spell wrongly) some stupid love msg...hahaha...then shana dao leonard...poor boi... XD but anyway, we had fun...after that, i accompanied kay hao back to sch then go home...it was amazin that i still hav energy to walk such a distance...lol...just like one says "one will never noe his limit unless he push himself"
okok..i shall go rest my legs...too tired liao...tml still got project to do...nitex!!
