another 4.3km.. 11:10 PM
hihi!!! today just ran another 4.3km...lol...we started at abt 8.15 and ended in abt 9...after that, we did some P.T. lyk...lifting logs, pull ups and deeps...hahax...u noe right? at first my senior ask me to lift 7 times the largest logs...i did that...then later, another senior ask rong xuan (Part B) to do the largest log...cos he say Part A can do 7 leh...he lifted 16....so...my senior ask me to lift 20...wah...struggling liaox la...the log is so heavey...but then rong xuan did 21 after that!!!!!! lol...er...from this, don't u argee that my seniors r wu liao?? hahax....shhhh.........who still haven't watch harry potter???????? watch wif me leh!!!!!!!!!
